Louisville, KY – Five people were taken to University Hospital after a Rural Metro Ambulance collided with a car on Broadway Street in downtown Louisville. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Louisville Metro Police stated that all five people had non-life threatening injuries. Follow the jump to read the entire story…

Orlando, FL – Rural Metro and their largest competitor are both seeking the Orlando contract. American Medical Response is seeking to replace Rural Metro, who has been serving the Orlando residents since 1983. American Medical Response is offering the city $100,000 a year for the first three years, then $25,000 for each year after that.
